The cultural fest 2019 “Silk Route” was held on the 21st of August 2019 at the KIU auditorium with the presence of many invitees from Sri Lanka, China, and Japan. The Chief guest for the evening was Honorable Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka, Member of Parliament, Minister of Megapolis & Western Development. “Silk Route” was hosted in order to celebrate the collaboration between KIU and Yunnan Nest investment group of China. The event was graced by Mr. Leland Lee, The CEO of the Yunnan Nest Investment group and Mr. Sam Lu, the Managing Director of the Yunnan Nest Investment group. “Silk Route” was another very successful event organized by the talented students of KIU and it was indeed an evening to be cherished.
