Student Welfare Committee

The student welfare Committee of KIU was established with the ultimate objective of attending to students’ welfare needs individually and collectively by creating an environment in the university in which all could live, work, and learn together in peace and harmony. 

In order to achieve the welfare needs of the students, Student Welfare Committee is closely attached with the other welfare related committees like student counselling unit, student carrier guidance unit, library committee and the sports clubs. Other than these committees, the student welfare committee of KIU involves in providing the student accommodation facilities, ensuring student safety, providing financial assistance and providing assistance for the students with special needs.

 The committee also creates an environment for the entire fraternity of students to relax and enjoy their life at KIU while strengthening the bond with each other and to uphold the popularity of KIU among potential future students.
