This degree program in Human Resource enables the undergraduates to cater in the HR arena as a passionate professional with the right skills, the right knowledge, and the right attitude. Human resource degree is a value added, contemporary discipline in management which advocates the management to develop employees while accomplishing organizational goals. In addition, human resource management involves overseeing HR functions, managing an organization’s human capital and shaping employees. This curriculum in human resources degree program has been designed in accordance with Sri Lankan and global university standards. Our degree program is conducted in English medium and covers 120 credits of academic exposure.

Managing different types of personnel within a very competitive environment has become crucial for the survival and development of an organization. Unlike company managers who oversee the day-to-day work of employees, HR managers deal with employee concerns such as benefits, pay, employee investments, pension plans, training, performance management, Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and more.
